Deep South Outreach

I LEAD MY FIRST OUTREACH! January 11th - March 15th. Our team saw salvation, healing, and university students step into their missional calling where God has placed them on their campus. I’ve learned that organizing ministry, takes much more administration work than I thought. I recognize that the momentum of seeing university students being mobilized on their campus, moves at the speed of relationship.

It was very empowering to be covered in writing a message and delivering one, God taught me much on what it means to lead people into an understanding of the word of God, and a life that will take action on the word God spoken to them. Actually executing the outreach revealed so many areas of my leadership that need improvement, yet at the same time revealed Gods hand over the work we were doing in such a powerful way, revealing to me how much more involved He is in the work on drawing young people unto a revelation of Jesus.

With our team partnering with students and ministries, we our gatherings reached 17 universities and 17 high schools . That's nearly 2 campuses per week, all woven between Jesus Rallies, Bible studies, and long driving days! Here are a few stories while we were on the road.

Location: University of South Florida

Date: 01/17/2026

People Involved: Brave Love Team, Craig, Nick (Student)

Story: After our Brave Love and Men Who Lead gatherings, I walked into the community room Brave Love was meeting in probably 15 minutes after they finished up. There was a guy in the same room doing some homework. I felt like the sparks some conversation with him about Jesus. He told me he grew up Catholic his whole life and is still catholic, out of curiosity I told him “I say this to everyone I meet on campus’s ““how confident are you in your salvation“he went on to share. He wasn’t very confident, that sometimes it was difficult because he had to do more things for God to earn his salvation. by the end of our conversation, I asked him how confident he was if he was saved, he replied with “100% confident “I asked him why he said “because I’ve faith in that what Jesus has done in the Cross is enough to give me eternal life. When he said that he sparked with such joy. Prayed over him, and we went on our way! The simple gospel is so good!

Location: Southern Florida College

Date: 02/05/2026

People Involved: Nina, Tori, student Alexis

Story: Near the end of evangelism, we ran into a friend group in the girls dorm. They invited us to lunch and we talked more about their majors and shared about our lifestyles as missionaries. Near the end, another friend joined us who leads worship at her campus ministry. We asked them for prayer requests and ended up praying for all of their family’s health. Both Nina and I felt that last girl be highlighted so as the rest of her friends left, we pulled her aside. Nina had a verse of encouragement to her and she absolutely broke down, feeling burdened by anxiety and pressure. We spoke into several points of freedom, and she exclaimed “This is so God. I feel like things like this only ever happen in the movies.” We commissioned her onto her campus back into her friend group as she said “I’ve never thought of myself as an evangelist before.” We led her through the 4 Rs and she was deeply encountered repenting for fear and receiving the love of God. She left as a different person, confident in her identity in Jesus!!!

Location: Mississippi State University

Date: 01/16/2026

People Involved: Lex, Craig, Nina, Charlie

Story: The day before, Nina during our time tabling and handing out flyers for the event that happened tonight, handed a flyer to Charlie and ended up sharing the Gospel with her. She rededicated her life to Christ in her conversation with Nina, and brought her boy Lex to CTL. I ended up speaking with Lex after the gathering, I asked him a few questions, then proceeded to ask him if someone has ever explained to the gospel to him before gospel. He replied with no, no one‘s actually shared the full gospel with him before. He’s been to church and has heard plenty of opinions from different pastors and “religious people “ but he said no one‘s explained to him the gospel. I proceeded to share with him the gospel of the good news, that through everything Jesus has done, he can have full assurance that by the blood of Jesus we can obtain righteousness through his faith. And it’s an invitation to intimacy with God. After I shared that with him, he said he’s never heard such a presentation of the gospel before, he said the version that I explained was really good and it’s something he really loved to hear. He didn’t end up giving his life to Christ, because he said you know if I were to do this I have to go all and I can’t dabble I can’t kind of step into it. I have to fully commit. And I just affirmed in him that God has made him that way, and I allowed him to understand the fresh invitation, whether it’s at church, whether it’s in his car, whether it’s in his room, that there is full invitation to receive the love and grace of Jesus. I prayed over him that he would keep his knowledge that Jesus is available.

Location: Jesus Rally Orlando (Multiple High School)

Date: 01-30-2026

People Involved: (Student) Adam

Story: Adam attended the Jesus Rally and felt from the Spirit to leave the worship service to find baseball prayers to evangelize to. Sure enough the HS baseball had just finished practice and he found a student sitting alone. He shared the Gospel with the student and right then he gave his life to Jesus. Directly after he ran over to a car of 3 more students who were heading home, he witnessed to them as well and all 3 gave their life to Jesus. The hunger in Adam to hear the voice of the Lord and be obedient to it is unreal, 4 extra High Schoolers got saved by his obedience in the middle of the service.

2025 Recap

January - March

This portion of my Discipleship Training School was a very transformative season of my life. Week after week, we would go over be lectured through and study topics like, The Gospel, Worship, Evangelism, The Holy Spirit. During this time I had much clarity on Jesus and His plan, as I started to burn for Him, he started to break my heart for what breaks His. I felt much peace, yielding to the Lord in my considering of continuing in missions after my Discipleship Training School.

March - May

The Outreach portion was a wild season, we had gatherings of hundreds in every capital city in South Africa, training this generation in evangelism (sharing the Gospel), seeing deliverance and healing in so many young people. As well as serving local communities that come against much persecution for even becoming Christian, in those towns we also saw healing, salvation, even muslims having dreams of Jesus while we were there.

June - August

What a time! I was able to be back in Washington after completing my Discipleship Training School. While I was building support to go full time, I was still able to serve my home Church New Life as a small group leader weekly with a group of my favorite middle schoolers, serve in the Kids Camp, Middle School Camp, as well as the High School camp creating the daily recaps for the evening gatherings.

August - December

The past few months myself and my friends Liah and Tori are 1 of 29 teams that have been planning an outreach. We will be leading a team of 7 students that just completed their lecture phase. We have a 10 week outreach, reaching this generation with the Gospel, Worship towards Jesus, Training in Evangelism, and connecting students to the local church. 20+ University Campus’s as well as well as 20+ High Schools throughout Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas. There is much more admin work behind planning an outreach than I was thinking, but with a why, much prayer, The Lord is faithful to open doors of connection where students are ready to gather for Jesus. Homes are ready to host our team in their home for Jesus. A YWAM base in Tyler Texas is lending us a Van for our outreach, and it’s all unto JESUS!

SOUTH AFRICA TOUR

The first week was one of our most packed ministry weeks this whole tour, we mobilized for The Send, a campaign activating believers to live a missional lifestyle by adopting and reaching real mission fields at home and abroad, this was the first Send Night in South Africa. We were evangelizing and inviting people to Jesus Night Gatherings on the University of Cape Town campus, and visiting high schools during their breaks, allowing a space for students to come. Some days to worship, some to share a testimony, some to invite students to get connected to their local youth movements. Throughout our time in the Cape and Paarl area, we were apart of organizing living room worship nights, evangelizing, and serving the community, collaborating with other YWAM bases in the area.

We kicked off our time in the Durban area with something that has never been done before in the area, with the help of connections in the area and other ministry partners, we were able to gather over 300 youth, uniting 7 ministries in one week. The purpose of partnering with God's work already happening and seeing youth be saved, healed, and delivered. By the end of the week, during worship and other moments, the youth are praying for each other and ministering to each other. We went to a orphanage where our team was apart of a soccer tournament they were holding for the youth/young adults in the orphanage, I had the opportunity to share my testimony and the Gospel to everyone who was present that day. I had an interpreter, and it was truly a privilege to allow the Lord to plant seeds and trust Him with them. Our team was apart of planning and executing a women's conference at a orphanage called LIV Village. Us boys were watching all the children that didn't attend, but the women's gathering held over 700 women to emphasize the Identity they have in God, that with Holy Spirit they have the capacity to bring change into their families, workplaces, and community.

My Second Newsletter

“Guten Tag” is, good day, in German, and “Sawubona” would be hello in Zulu. Zulu is a language I’ll start to make myself more familiar with for reasons I’ll share later in this newletter. I’m hearing great things about what God is doing back home, from sunday night’s at Whiskey Gulch, to State of the Church igniting hearts in what God’s dreams for the Church are. If you’re reading this, you’re family, thank you for investing in, and praying for me, I love you very much.

God encountered me recently in the most beautiful way. He allowed me to sit in His presence where I could tangebly “understand to a certain extent” His worthiness, and glory, yet he met me with such peace. Yes God is all powerful, and holy, and worthy, even in that truth God is love and he wants relationship & intimacy with us, he meets us by washing our feet, showering us with kisses, wanting to be our friend, father, and helper.

Regarding our weekly outreach, I had a conversation about Jesus with a boy around my age named Daniel. Told him the beauty in true repentance, that it’s such a Joy to turn away from the things that will take our eyes away from God, and become more like Jesus, the man who was perfect. He said yes to Jesus! Be praying for our brother in Christ, all of angles rejoice over him. I also found out some great news, MY OUTREACH LOCATION!!!! God is sending me to South Africa, to bring such good news, that brings salvation, heals the sick, and does miracles. I leave April 4th with a team of 18, what we know so far is we will be going to universities and highschools sharing this man named Jesus, but we are a force to be reckoned with and we are fighting for revival so we are going to trust whith wherever the Lord leads us.

I would invite you to join me in continually interceding for South Africa, let God’s heart for those who have yet to have heard the name Jesus, or for those who are blind to the reality that God wants relationship with us, may we ask God to start revealing His love in a fresh way to those everyone in South Africa. Those who are affected by demonic spirituality may come to a realization that its only by the blood of Jesus where we are saved and healed, not the blood of animals or even your own children, that is a real prayer I’d love for you lift up to God.

My First Newsletter

I first want to say that I miss you all, like very much. I’m sure Hudson and Henry are having many laughs, Brian might be in his room making a new song, Cooper and Spencer could be planning a sermon, many folks are wedding planning, Angelique and Evan are probably leading many people to give God glory in song, Hunter is watching grass grow, and my Grammy is probably praying for me as we speak. Thank you for all of your prayers, for the prayer that God revealing himself to me in a fresh way, or that I’m finding my identity in what God says about me, or that the word becomes alive to me in a way I would have never expected. God definetly has answered all of those prayers and will continue too. Thank you to all who have and are continuing to trust the Lord with their finances, if that looks like giving to a missionary like myself, or giving to your local church. Just remember that the Father’s promise of the Holy Spirit gives us authority to be apart of this Great Commission!

Our school is blessed to have many core staff members who have been with YWAM for decades. The past 4 weeks God has really solidified in me my identity in Christ, that I’m a son, I’m holy and righteous in the eyes of the Father, all because of Jesus dying for me. When I live in that truth, God brings me much Joy, that nothing I can do will gain his favor, cause I am already as loved by Him as I can be. We’ve also been learned the importance, and simplicity, in the power of Jesus setting us free from patterns of sin and strongholds. Week four was about the Holy Spirit, and the significance of Him choosing to dwell in us is, inviting us to look more like Jesus.

Wednesday is when 7 teams go to university campus’ around South California, to tell students about the Gospel! I have many stories, so if you want to hear more, PLEASE reach out. The past couple weeks our team had the opportunity to serve with a Fearless LA, a church in LA.  Every Wednesday Fearless has a grocery outreach, where anyone affected by the fires, or in anyone that is in need, are able to swing by and pick up bags of groceries, cleaning supplies etc. God is growing the burden in my heart for telling people about what Jesus has done, not only in me, but what he also wants to do in them.

Our God speaks! I have been more understanding that God is a better speaker than, I am listener. Yet He is so loving, and my eyes have been opened to His jealousy for wanting me to be intimate with him. Circuit Riders is very passionate about intercession prayer, which is praying for others. A small amount of us began, and are continuing to meet, every saturday morning to worship, and intercede in prayer for the the nations. Andy Byrd, who helped launch, YWAM Fire and Fragrance, Circuit Riders, & The Send, was sharing that 3.4 billion people in the world have no access to the Gospel, and 2.5 billion have yet to have heard the name Jesus.

'After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, '

Revelation 7:9

Circuit Riders holds a Monday Night gathering, which has definitely been a blessing to myself and other CRX students. It’s a great weekly ministry to highlight, especially when evangelizing. I’ve already seen the fruit of telling someone my age on the pier in Huntington Beach about Jesus, to now, them showing up weekly to Monday Night, and enjoying time afterward making new friends. It has amazing teaching through the word, and this past week Andy Byrd talked about hunger for Jesus, which has been on my heart since I’ve been here. A few mentors of mine, Deidra and Tag, told me how they enjoyed seeing my hunger going into this season, and now that I’m here I can see that God is the gift giver, and hunger for more of Him comes from him. A prayer I would encourage anyone who is reading this to pray, because it has greatly changed my heart already in 4 weeks time, is “Jesus thank you for dying for me, God thank you that you are a better speaker than I am listener, God I want to want more of you. May the desire I have for you, the desire that you gave me, I’m using all of that hunger and desire and am asking for more. THANK YOU JESUS!”
