SOUTH AFRICA TOUR

The first week was one of our most packed ministry weeks this whole tour, we mobilized for The Send, a campaign activating believers to live a missional lifestyle by adopting and reaching real mission fields at home and abroad, this was the first Send Night in South Africa. We were evangelizing and inviting people to Jesus Night Gatherings on the University of Cape Town campus, and visiting high schools during their breaks, allowing a space for students to come. Some days to worship, some to share a testimony, some to invite students to get connected to their local youth movements. Throughout our time in the Cape and Paarl area, we were apart of organizing living room worship nights, evangelizing, and serving the community, collaborating with other YWAM bases in the area.

We kicked off our time in the Durban area with something that has never been done before in the area, with the help of connections in the area and other ministry partners, we were able to gather over 300 youth, uniting 7 ministries in one week. The purpose of partnering with God's work already happening and seeing youth be saved, healed, and delivered. By the end of the week, during worship and other moments, the youth are praying for each other and ministering to each other. We went to a orphanage where our team was apart of a soccer tournament they were holding for the youth/young adults in the orphanage, I had the opportunity to share my testimony and the Gospel to everyone who was present that day. I had an interpreter, and it was truly a privilege to allow the Lord to plant seeds and trust Him with them. Our team was apart of planning and executing a women's conference at a orphanage called LIV Village. Us boys were watching all the children that didn't attend, but the women's gathering held over 700 women to emphasize the Identity they have in God, that with Holy Spirit they have the capacity to bring change into their families, workplaces, and community.
